Stage 1: Discovery Call & Values Alignment 📞

We start with a discovery call to dive into your core business goals, monetisation model, and key strategies.


We'll introduce Growth For Purpose and share how our approach aligns with long-term impact and LTV growth, backed by ESG values. If our visions align, we'll ask for some key assets—like recent UI/UX Figma files, audience archetype info, user onboarding and activation data, your tech stack, etc.

Stage 2: Choose Your Free Growth Audit 🔍

  • Free High-Level Audit: A complimentary overview identifying key growth opportunities for your business.
  • In-Depth Growth Audit: A comprehensive analysis of acquisition, product-led growth, and customer engagement, providing detailed, actionable insights across key areas like ASO, onboarding, feature activation, and multi-channel messaging. Priced at $2,500, credited as cash-back on your first Starter Project invoice if we move forward!

Stage 3: Starter Project Proposal 📄


We’ll present a proposal based on the opportunities identified in the Growth Audit, focusing on high impact activities to drive success quickly in the KPIs key to your business needs.


The proposal will cover a starter project, timelines, costs, resource needs (from your team and ours), deliverables, and targeted KPIs.


Starter projects typically begin at $5K/month (+GST), with most clients investing $8-12K/month for 1-3 months. This initial phase sets the stage for sustainable, long-term growth—every client who's seen our impact with a starter project has extended with us for an additional 12+ months.

Stage 4: Starter Project Kick Off 🚀

Once we kick off the project, we’ll hold an onboarding session to introduce key team members, confirm scope, and set up weekly check-ins. During these check-ins, we’ll review performance metrics, make real-time adjustments, and continuously prioritise the most impactful actions to maximise results and ROI.

Stage 5: Results & Ongoing Work 📊

Near the end of the starter project, we’ll share a proposal for ongoing work, along with early data insights demonstrating impact to date.


We’ll map out a 6-12 month roadmap, setting a base retainer for strategic and executional support. We’ll agree on any additional costs that may apply for each quarter and, if desired, set a performance-based incentive structure for exceeding key targets.

Stage 6: Quarterly Reporting & Strategic Reprioritisation 🔄

At the end of each starter project and every subsequent quarter, we provide an in-depth report covering impact, key data insights on user behaviour, and performance of our strategies.


We’ll adjust and reprioritise activities for the next two quarters to keep driving maximum impact with the available resources.
